Step-by-Step Monetization Process

1. 🔍 Authentication

The first critical step is authenticating the asset’s legitimacy.
Verification methods vary by asset type and must be documented clearly.

2. 📊 Valuation

• Detailed valuation appraisal using accepted methods (e.g., assays, CPI, professional appraisals).

• Full supporting documentation and certifications of value must be provided.

3. 📜 Confirmation of Ownership

• Proof of absolute ownership and title to the asset.

• Transfer of Title documents, Proof of Purchase, or irrevocable assignment confirmation.

• Evidence that the asset is currently in your legal custody.

4. 🔗 Chain of Custody

• Documentation proving legal transfer or sale of the asset.

• Must include transfer records with full contact info of prior owners, if available.

5. 🎥 Site Visit & Proof of Life

• Physical verification of asset possession via a site visit or arranged inspection.

• Includes live High-Definition video and photos (minimum 12 megapixels).

• US Capital Private Bank arranges these details as needed.

6. 🖋️ Transfer & Assignment / Cosign

• Execution of cosignatory assignment and transfer of title documents to the Trust.

7. 🏦 Private Bank Account Establishment

• Upon acceptance of all paperwork and asset confirmation, we open a cash bank account in your name.

• The account is funded with the cash equivalent value of your asset.

• The cash then acts as collateral for future transactions.

8. 🔒 Move Asset to Bonded Facility

• Physical relocation of the asset to a bank or authorized bonded facility.

• Establishment of an Express Trust for asset protection, avoiding taxation and probate.

9. 💵 Funding

• Formal commencement of funding procedures with the bank to monetize the asset.
