DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS WHEN SWIFT IS REQUESTED

🖋️ Agreement & Initial Funding

Upon signing of the official agreement and completion of the wire transfer for the agreed-upon principal and fee percentage:

  • ⏱️ Within 48 hours, the Financial Institution will block and reserve funds as required.

  • These funds will back the financial instrument issued by the Clearing and Settlement Company or designated Private/Public Issuing Bank.


📄 Standard Letters (POF/BCL)

For Proof of Funds (POF), Bank Comfort Letters (BCL), and similar instruments:

  • No SWIFT confirmation is required.

  • The Bank Letter and Tear Sheet will serve as sufficient confirmation.

  • If SWIFT, EBICS, or secured email transmission is requested, a fee schedule will be provided.


💳 Transmission Protocols & Fees

If the transmission is required via:

  • SWIFT (MT799, MT999, etc.)

  • DTCC

  • EuroClear

  • EBICS

  • Secured Email or Telex

➡️ You will receive a fee schedule prior to execution.
➡️ Upon receipt of transmission fees, the document will be sent as agreed.


📨 Confirmation & Transmission

Once payment is received:

  • 📨 US Capital Private Bank will send a Pre-Advice Notification, if applicable.

  • The receiving institution must:

    • Confirm its readiness and willingness (RWA) to receive the instrument.

    • Provide a sample of the intended incoming SWIFT message.

    • Send confirmation via certified bank email or secured fax to:

      • trustee@uscapitalprivatebank.com

      • SWIFT MT799/MT999 (if applicable)


🔐 Bank-to-Bank Compliance

  • The Financial Institution’s officer will perform due diligence bank-to-bank.

  • No joint venture arrangements or deviation from the listed procedures will be accepted.

  • For POF/CD, fees must be prepaid via bank wire or SWIFT.
