Step 1: Download KYC Package
Clients are instructed to download the KYC document package using the QR codes provided in the source packet. The QR codes point to personalized file sets or required forms.

Step 2: Upload Documents To NetBank
Upon completion, clients are instructed to upload the following:
- Notarized passport or state ID as proof of identity.
- Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address/place of business.
- Corporate resolution authorizing the signer, for corporate accounts.
- Articles of incorporation, association, or trust deed for company validation.
- Proof of bank account, such as bank statement or tear sheet showing good standing.
- Authorization to Verify on company letterhead.
- Completed Client Intake Form/CIS.
- Signed Confirmation of Principal, with intermediary line struck if not applicable.
- Signed and sealed Smart Plan Agreement.
- Completed USCPB signature card.
- Initialed Consideration in the Law of Contracts.
- Completed Investment Service/Funding Questionnaire.
Final Step: Confirm Submission
After uploading documents through the bank site under the Complete KYC section, clients are instructed to open a support ticket titled File Uploads Complete so the team can begin final review and compliance checks.
If a client has upload difficulty, they should open a ticket titled Difficulty with File Uploads and briefly explain the issue.
The packet emphasizes that scans should be high-resolution and in color to maintain document clarity.

If you have trouble uploading, open a ticket titled Difficulty with File Uploads and briefly describe the issue.
Agent Boundaries
Do not approve or deny KYC in chat. Do not tell a client they passed compliance. Do not bypass the secure portal. If a client asks whether a document is acceptable, ask them to upload it through the portal and let compliance review.
